DESCRIPTION:Join us at Hobbs Tavern and Brewing Co. on Friday\, April 7th for the launch of our first ever sour beer! We’ve been brewing a Raspberry Gose\, and it’s tasting delicious!\nA Gose (pronounced GOH-zuh) is a traditional German style of beer characterized by the use of salt\, coriander\, and lactic acid. This results in supremely refreshing layers of flavor\, which we’ve enhanced by adding 50 pounds of raspberries! And did we mention that we used sea salt from the Isles of Shoals? At 4.7% ABV and only 3 IBUs\, our gose will be easy to drink and get your taste buds thinking of Spring. \nWe’ll also be offering a special food pairing that day\, to open up the discussion of why Goses are so great! \nRandy has really settled in well to his position as head brewer here at Hobbs\, so look for more releases this summer as we work to bring you some of the best flavors New Hampshire has to offer. \n\nShow us your beer adventures by using #NHCBW2017 #NHBeer
