Granite Roots Brewery (formerly Mooselick)

Description

We’re a nano brewery that creates small-batch fruit and traditional beers with fruit and some hops from our farm. Our brewery in Troy, NH opened July 25th 2015!

Granite Roots Brewing is a 2.5 barrel nano, craft brewery located in Troy, New Hampshire.

We strive to use locally sourced, sustainably farmed ingredients to brew our bold traditional ales and unique fruit beers, so that we may strengthen our community while sharing the Monadnock region’s diverse agricultural landscape in the tasting notes of each brew.

We believe a head brewer is a liquid artist of the senses and should operate in an environment of full creative freedom. Bryan is continuously perfecting Granite Root’s traditional ales while simultaneously experimenting with beers brewed with seasonally available ingredients from local farms.

The loosening of nano brewery laws in NH paved the way for us opening our doors on July, 25th 2015 in conjunction with Monadnock Berries, the family farm where we source our fruits from.
