The Brewery

Garrison City Beerworks is a 3Bbl nanobrewery in New Hampshire’s Seacoast, focused on bringing high quality, inventive craft beer to the region. Our main passion is the East Coast IPA, especially the ability of the hop to play such an integral role in taste and aroma. Nicole Gray, our head brewer, is constantly seeking the science behind the ingredients to bring out new hop flavors and push the boundaries of what can be accomplished in a small brewing system. In addition to unfiltered IPAs, our smaller brewing capacity allows the ability to brew many one-off and experimental series outside of our core beer.

Our tap room is located in Dover, NH, offering 4oz and 12oz pours of all of our current draughts. With our 3bbl size, we are able to constantly rotate beer selections, so every time you come in you’ll find new offerings and interpretations of a variety of beer styles.

​We now have a limited food menu allowing us to pour you more of our beers, instead of just flights – hope to see you in to discuss all things craft brewing with our team, and take some cans to go! The tasting room is home for occasional events and periodic specialty bottle releases – all information to be shared in our News and Events.

​We’ve added on a small outdoor patio to the brewery for the summer months! Four-legged friends can now hang on the perimeter; the space is open Fridays and Saturdays as weather permits.
