Friends, family, community: minister to one another, raise a glass, restore the soul.
Our story started in Salem, New Hampshire, where owners Jason Knight and Shane Sorenson spent their childhood. Best friends from a young age, Shane and Jason built BMX bikes, raced go-karts, created huge forts, and when they got a bit older, started brewing their own craft beer.
Their brewing ambitions in the beginning were simple: to make cold, refreshing beer to share with their friends and family. Over time, Shane and Jason became inspired by the blossoming New Hampshire craft beer scene and started experimenting with some new brewing methods and innovative ingredients. After years of successful home-brewing, Shane and Jason grew so skilled in their craft that there was nothing else to do but to start operating on a larger scale. They renovated an old building in Londonderry which would become the future site of Long Blue Cat Brewing Co.
Mike Holland and Darrell Bodnar have been brewing craft beer for the past decade. Driven by the passion to deliver the finest craft beers, they have come together to form the Copper Pig Brewery. Located in the Lancaster, NH. In the basement of the old brick band along side the Isreal River Provided the perfect back drop to create and share great beers with the finest ingredients possible.
2017 The Outlaw Brewing Company was licensed to brew beer in this 178 Square foot “cabin”. The months to follow are a chapter out of a Cinderella story (not the hair band FYI). Join us on this exciting journey.
A “Blasty Bough” is a branch of pine, turned amber by the sun, and used to start a fire. New World settlers used blasty boughs to kindle the flame that warmed them through winters, and cooked their food, and boiled the wort to make their beer.
The Blasty Bough Brewing Company in Epsom, New Hampshire is a farm-to-kettle brewery located on the same hilltop where Scots-Irish immigrants first operated a tavern decades before the American Revolution.
We make all our beer here on the farm, celebrating local flavors, having fun with local characters, and adding our own Blasty twist to traditional brewing styles.
A Blasty Bough kindles something new: new fires, new traditions, new friendships. (Plus, we just think it’s wicked fun to say out loud.)
Come on over, Have a Blasty – and kindle something all your own.
What is the Loaded Question? For us, there is no single loaded question. It is really the idea that beer is a journey with an ever growing list a questions we come up with while imbibing with friends.

Partners in all things good in life, Jennifer and Michael Snyder came across the opportunity to relocate One Love Brewery into the historic Henry Paper Mill in Lincoln, NH from Dover, NH in January 2015. As most insane adventures start, they asked each other, “well why the hell not?” As a professional seasoned Brewer, Michael’s passion is German lagers, although he’ll drink just about anything, especially if it’s free and cold. His influences come from growing up in England and Germany as a young lad. He has been honored with many awards and metals (gold & silver from the Great American Beer Festival) for his beers and has worked with numerous breweries nationally. He graduated from the Siebel institute of Technology with a diploma in Brewing Technology in ’97 and earned a certificate in brewing from the Institute of Brewing & Distilling in ’08. Michael has the charming outlook that all beautiful spaces should be breweries. This location here in the Henry Paper Mill is no exception.
Welcome to Woodman’s Brewery. We’re a small family owned & operated brewery. Our goal is to provide delicious brews and a welcoming environment for you! It all started with the simple idea to do something you enjoy, with the people you love, to be creative, and to share that with our community, friends, and family.
Woodman’s Brewery was created in our home kitchen, in a 5 gallon homebrew kit a number of years ago. The idea that was being tossed around in the back of our minds since that first questionable batch, all of a sudden grew fast with every new piece of equipment purchased and tasty brews developed. We had an opportunity to turn the cottage on our property to a brewery, and we thought.. it’s now or never. So we went for it! We’ve been working hard on the construction side of things for over a year now. Our friends and family helped make it happen, helping to rip up floors, smash walls, raise walls, paint, and lug equipment around.
We enjoy creating new recipes and incorporating local ingredients whenever possible. Our goal is to have 5 beers on tap to start (but we may not be able to wait that long!), one being a seasonal or specialty. We are inspired by where we live, and find it fun to experiment with local ingredients such as fresh fruits, maple syrup, and honey.
White Mountain Brewing Co. started producing beers in September 2015. We brew 1.5 barrel batches (46.5 gallons) at a time. Currently, we have five delicious ales to choose from: a Pale Ale, Porter, English Brown Ale, IPA, an Irish Stout, and a very popular, smooth tasting German Lager.
We take pride in producing traditional style Ales and Lagers

A Braggot can be either a beer fermented with honey, or a beer and a mead blended together after fermentation. The Hymn to Ninkasi is the oldest known recipe of beer, written around 1800 BCE, and it describes using honey in the brew process:
“You are the one who holds with both hands the great sweet wort, brewing it with honey. You, the sweet wort to the vessel, Ninkasi.”
Hidden Moon Brewing is here to bring y ou this ancient medley of malt, honey, and hops known as Braggot. Join us and discover why History Never Tasted So Good™.
Liar’s Bench is a small brewery founded by two UNH graduates who strive to create beer rooted in tradition. The brewery opened its doors and taps in 2016 in an old plumbing supply warehouse.
Liars Bench first began when Dane and Dagan built a board & nail bar in the basement of their first apartment. Fast friends and freshman roommates, they came up together during their years at UNH. After graduation each wished the other well and split for separate coasts. Dane crossed the country, landing in San Francisco, where a high school hobby became a full-time profession. In six years Dane would progress from rabid volunteer to head brewer at one of the Bay Area’s leading gastropubs, Magnolia. During that time Dagan laid roots in Portsmouth, bussing, bartending, and eventually managing restaurants about the Seacoast.
Years passed but the two kept talking. They shared beers. They kept spinning lies about what had happened and what could be. In 2015, Dane returned to New Hampshire and on Memorial Day weekend of the following year Liars Bench Beer Company opened its doors and opened its taps. The brewery is small and housed in an old plumbing supply warehouse. The beers are rooted in tradition, and the stories told within cannot be trusted but should be heard. To empty lies. Come share one.
Rek-Lis Brewing Company is a small town brewery looking to do big things. They believe life’s purpose is to have fun, enjoy life to the fullest, and drink good beer. Rek-Lis offers tastings and growler fills.
Concord Craft Brewing Company is a small batch craft brewery with a retail store, where beer enthusiasts can walk in and sample the beers on tap or take a tour of the brewery. All beer is brewed right in downtown Concord and they deliver it fresh to Concord’s best restaurants and bars.
New Hampshire Distributors, LLC was founded in August of 1946 by James H. Hayes. Jim came to New Hampshire temporarily in 1937 as the first commanding officer of the New Hampshire State Police. In 1946, Jim’s opportunity to permanently return to New Hampshire occurred when he accepted an opportunity to begin warehousing, selling and merchandising soft drinks in the state. He and his wife Claire, both University of New Hampshire graduates, moved to Concord at that time to live and raise a family.
In 2010, the L. Knife and Son companies founded the Craft Beer Guild in the great state of New Hampshire. With only 2 brands–and no accounts in the beginning– the company has grown considerably, moving three times in the first year. Today, the company has 16 Cicerone Level I certified employees, and is considered the premier craft beer distributor in the state. A state who’s population love their beer!
J. A. Bellavance & Co. was founded in 1902 by Joseph A. Bellavance as a saloon and beer, liquor and soda wholesale business at 2-4 Canal Street in Nashua, N.H. The company delivered cases and wooden kegs throughout the city with a horse and wagon team and filled “to go” buckets with beer on the saloon portion of the premises.
Bayside Distributing was founded in 1948. Its first location was in an old mill building on the tidal portion of the Lamprey River in Newmarket. At the time there were at least six companies distributing beer in the seacoast, none with any large market share. Many of Bayside’s brands from 1948 no longer exist. The building was old, and inefficient, with low ceilings and uneven wooden floors. In many places the river was visible thru the floor. Cases were unloaded from tractor trailers one at a time.

We believe a head brewer is a liquid artist of the senses and should operate in an environment of full creative freedom. Bryan is continuously perfecting Granite Root’s traditional ales while simultaneously experimenting with beers brewed with seasonally available ingredients from local farms.
The loosening of nano brewery laws in NH paved the way for us opening our doors on July, 25th 2015 in conjunction with Monadnock Berries, the family farm where we source our fruits from.

The Portsmouth Brewery, New Hampshire’s first brewpub, was founded in 1991, four years after its sister company, the Northampton Brewery, opened in Western Massachusetts. All of the beers served at the Portsmouth Brewery are brewed right here on premise, with the exception of those beers, such as Shoals Pale Ale and Portsmouth Lager, brewed at Smuttynose Brewing Company, our sister company.
Serving “Empyreal Ales & Wonder Gruits” at our tasting room in downtown Portsmouth. The qualities some Native Americans attribute to the “Earth Eagle” (common wild turkey) speak to our philosophy as brewers and business owners: ecological, charitable, resilient, and unconventional. “Brewings” is our nod to the first brewers who made small batches for their families crafted from local grains, herbs and yeasts. At Earth Eagle Brewings we embrace a Belgian-inspired, pre-Reformation spirit where hops are but one of the hundreds of ingredients to be used in the alchemy of brewing.
Cheers to you, intrepid imbibers, for sharing our adventures in beer.
Beara Irish Brewing Co. is an Irish brewery located in Portsmouth, NH. We are producing fine craft brews with genuine imported Irish Barley Malt for the discerning public. Other ingredients are locally sourced as much as possible: Water, grains, hops and yeast – no junk.

Description
The name came from friends in Massachusetts. Because our house was so far away from everyone we were named the Out.Haus. When I started labeling my homebrew, that was the name I decided to use.
I quit my full-time job on Friday, January 13, 2012 to focus all of my time and energy in creating a commercial brewery. After looking at various locations and out-buildings on the property I finally decided to convert part of the garage to the brewery.
On June 28 I finally got approval from the town to convert the garage. In July of 2013 I got a Certificate of Occupancy for the brewery from the town. On October 21, 2013 I got my federal approval. On November 8, I got my state approval. I have a fully licensed brewery.

While we are not quite there today, it is our vision that eventually 100% of our ingredients will be sourced locally, including the malt.

As owners of Candia Road Convenience in Manchester , NH, the brothers of the The Neel and Titone families were in a unique position to capitalize on the growing popularity of micro and crated brews as the 20th century drew to a close. The brothers were dubbed “drinking consultants” and that reputation grew throughout southern NH and much of northern New England.
We hope you enjoy what we have created thus far and you find something that will fit your taste. Please enjoy our listing below of what we currently are brewing.

Garrison City Beerworks is a 3Bbl nanobrewery in New Hampshire’s Seacoast, focused on bringing high quality, inventive craft beer to the region. Our main passion is the East Coast IPA, especially the ability of the hop to play such an integral role in taste and aroma. Nicole Gray, our head brewer, is constantly seeking the science behind the ingredients to bring out new hop flavors and push the boundaries of what can be accomplished in a small brewing system. In addition to unfiltered IPAs, our smaller brewing capacity allows the ability to brew many one-off and experimental series outside of our core beer.
Our tap room is located in Dover, NH, offering 4oz and 12oz pours of all of our current draughts. With our 3bbl size, we are able to constantly rotate beer selections, so every time you come in you’ll find new offerings and interpretations of a variety of beer styles.
We now have a limited food menu allowing us to pour you more of our beers, instead of just flights – hope to see you in to discuss all things craft brewing with our team, and take some cans to go! The tasting room is home for occasional events and periodic specialty bottle releases – all information to be shared in our News and Events.
We’ve added on a small outdoor patio to the brewery for the summer months! Four-legged friends can now hang on the perimeter; the space is open Fridays and Saturdays as weather permits.
Check out the Contact page on https://www.garrisoncitybeerworks.com/ for hours of operations, and as always, keep updated on our social media for the most current information!

Rob Leleszi and Ali Buinicky first connected over a rousing game of beer pong at a Christmas party in New York City in 2007. By their second date, it was clear that they would go on to do great things together– it just took about six years to figure out what those things were. During that time, Rob cultivated his passion and skill for homebrewing and received an Associates Degree in Brewing Science from the Siebel Institute. Then, with full support from Ali, he started an invaluable internship at Port Jeff Brewing Company in Long Island.
It was a long commute from Brooklyn, and even longer work hours, but Rob’s love for brewing only grew. His passion rubbed off on Ali, who had over the years become a self-professed beer snob, and she began reading up on the business side of brewing. Eventually it became clear that the two would open their own brewery. They started scouting out the perfect locale for their business and stopped when they found the blossoming town of Derry, NH, in Ali’s home state.
